Eat Your Greens

Eat your greens, peas and beans
Yellow squash and bananas
Carrots, clementines, and yams
Apples, strawberries in jams

Eating a rainbow is what our bodies need!
Hidden in the colors of the food that grows from seed
Are vitamins and minerals that help us think and grow.
Get a lot of color from the garden that you sow!

Spinach, kale, broccoli,
Fingerlings, blueberries,
Purple grapes and aubergine,
Raspberries on your ice cream!
